Summary of Activities Design, Deploy and Support new network solutions and/or improve the efficiency of current networks. Install, configure, and support network devices and services.
Maximise network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting.
Perform Network Maintenance and System upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations.
Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning
Provide Level- 3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team
Take professional certifications as may be required to upgrade our OEM partnership status.
Facilitate regular product and technology training for Marketing and Knowledge sharing purposes.

Key Requirements Knowledge and Experience:
Minimum of Five years Hands-on experience deploying and Supporting the following solutions: LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, Edge Security, ACI/Hyperflex/FlexPod Skills: Documentation(Product Papers, Proposals, LLD/HLD), and Presentation Skills.
Qualication: Bsc; CCNP/CCIE will be an added advantage
