Summary of Activities
Design and deploy new IP communications solutions and/or improve the efficiency of existing infrastructure.
Uptime performance management through proactive monitoring, upgrades, and patches.
Incidence Resolution: Provide Level 3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
Take professional certifications as may be required to upgrade our OEM partnership status.
Facilitate regular product and technology training for Marketing and Knowledge sharing purposes.

Key Requirements Knowledge and Experience:
Minimum of Five years of Hands-on experience deploying and Supporting the following solutions: LAN, WAN, IP Telephony, Video Conferencing, and Contact Center. Skills: Documentation(Product Papers, Proposals, LLD/HLD), and Presentation Skills.
Qualification: Bsc; CCNP/CCIE will be an added advantage
