We are seeking to employ a suitably qualified Project Manager who will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed promptly and within budget.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
To manage the process from pre-survey to turnkey
Managing the project team, liaising and supervising with contractors, service, and equipment providers.
Providing the Board and managers with a summary of the project both in word, excel, and PowerPoint
Clearly and precisely communicate to the client and the in-house M& E engineers of the client the process stages and benefits of the installation
Knowledge of the industry and previous overall project management would be a distinct advantage
The project manager will have the qualifications and ability to operate the software, design, and size the renewable installations
Responsible for the contract management and delivery of the energy service and supporting the delivery across all our programs of energy efficiency and renewable work, both domestic and commercial.
knowledge and experience of contracts, procurement or tenders, stakeholder management, and health and safety.
Experience in building and maintaining relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and external public and private sector partners. You will be responsible for the:
Delivery of our commercial energy efficiency programs
Management of all operation contracts and sub-contractors
Procuring services to support the delivery of our revenue-generating work streams
Training and support services, (e.g. managing performance, 1:1’s, etc.) to all staff within the delivery team
Support the development of the Operations Team including future strategies with a strong focus on operational delivery
To support the design and development of grants and business, commercial propositions as appropriate
Management of Operational H&S ensuring best practices across the service
As Project Engineer it will be your responsibility to develop the company modeling protocols and oversee the preparation of project feasibility documentation, project proposals, and all required customer-facing documentation to communicate the engineered solution
Monthly evaluation of Unapplied Advance Payment to determine the risk level.
Monitors expenditures analyze revenues and determine budget variances and reports the same to CFO/Financial Controller.
Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries.
Develops reports on all accounting-related matters including taxation matters. These reports accompany proactive advice and recommendations on the business’s financial approaches from an accounting and taxation perspective.
Formulate and oversee the implementation of the company’s accounting policies
Ensure completeness and accuracy of the company’s records (e.g. Customers, Suppliers, Banks, Employees, Management, Government and its relevant agencies, etc.)
Perform any other duty assigned by the CFO.
Must have excellent and demonstrable verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills and be a self-starter.
Must possess a capacity to work on your own with a successful track record of building and developing projects that are customer and delivery focused. Ability to prioritize. Knowledge of project and task management tools such as Trello Organizational skills and the Capacity to manage several tasks or requests simultaneously. Time management.
B.Sc. in Project Management
Any additional certification is a plus
