JOB TITLE: HR INTERN


LOCATION: IKEJA, LAGOS

JOB SUMMARY: We are currently seeking to recruit young, ambitious and enthusiastic person who wants to build a career in HR to fill up the role of an INTERN.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Updating our internal databases with new employee information like contact details and employment form
2. Screening resumes and application forms
3. Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
4. Assist in end to end recruitment
5. File physical HR records in HR filing cabinet
6. Proof reading and editing consultant profiles
7. Scanning and emailing HR documents
8. Schedule interview appointments
9. Create job advertisements
10. Carry out administrative duties related to HR
11. Keep abreast of new developments in HR field
12. Perform any other duties assigned by the Senior HR Consultant

Requirements for the role:

1. Minimum B.Sc. in any degree
2. Candidate must have completed NYSC
3. Creativity and Excellent problem solving skills.
4. Excellent communication (oral & written) skills
5. Social media savvy

6. Proficient in the use of office suites such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
7. Ability to pay attention to details

8. Excellent Leadership skills
